Today Huddersfield Conservative Students, accompanied by our Chairman, Mark Eastwood, Deputy Chairman Cllr John Taylor and Mirfield Cllr Martyn Bolt visited the House of Commons and met with Conservative Vice Chairman Ben Bradley MP to discuss future plans for building the youth membership of the Party and making it easier for young people to get involved.
Scarlett Black, one of the students arrending said "It was great to meet Ben and hear about his fresh new ideas in trying to engage younger Conservatives and give them a more powerful voice."
"I was pleased Ben made time for us and was willing to take on board the suggestions and ideas from the students. It was great to be able to arrange this for the students, in part as a thank you for all the hard work they do in promoting the Conservative Party." said Mark Eastwood.
