On Saturday 19th January Dewsbury Conservatives were out in force in Eastborough, supporting local residents in a litter pick and clean up. A number of areas off Halifax Rd were tackled and a number of fly tipping sites also identified for attention. Parliamentary Candidate Mark Eastwood said, " It was great to be able to work with the local community from the Mosque to tackle litter which has been a paricular issue in this area. There was clear support to get the area cleaned up and we will look to continue to work with the local community in keeping Dewsbury Clean and tidy."
